At Petopia, we provide the following dog care services.
- Kennels - night or longer term stay
- Dog acupuncture treatment
- Dog flea & worm treatment & application
- Dog washing & grooming
- Dog walking
Reception Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8am - 11am and 3.30pm - 5.30pm.
- Saturday: 8am - 11am.
- Sunday: 3.30pm - 5.30pm.
Please note that pick up during out of hours will incur in a $50 surcharge.
Prerequisites for Enrolment
- Dogs must be registered (and micro-chipped if born after 2006).
- Dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations and flea and worm treatments.
- Dogs must be non-aggressive and able to socialize (no pit bulls or cross).
- Male dogs over 7 months must be de-sexed. Female dogs must be kept at home when on heat.
Dog Kennels
Our kennels are available 7 days a week for those heading out of town on business or who are in need of a night off. Dogs must be dropped off / picked up at opening hours. Dogs staying in our kennels will enjoy the Dog Daycare service through the day and then at 6:00pm will head off to bed in one of our luxury kennels.Dogs are boarded in separate kennels unless the owner has requested that their dogs, from the same family, share a kennel. There is always a staff member on site. We feel it is important for dogs to get to stop and smell the roses so your dog may receive a short walk with our staff. Dog walks can be purchased for $7 per walk. We feed premium kibble while your pet is in our care unless you request special diet for your dogs. We can happily provide medication service for your dogs. There will be no surcharge during Christmas, New Year, Easter and long weekends.
To book your dog in for boarding, you must fill out an ENROLMENT FORM and VETERINARIAN RELEASE FORM .

* Check out in the morning is NOT counted as one day.
* The day of arrival is counted as one day.
One night only stay (stay one night and check out in the morning) charged $55.00 regardless of dog size.
Dog Flea and Worm Treatment & Application
We offer Flea and Worm Treatment and application for our Day Care and Kennel Clients. Our computer system keeps track of when your dog’s next flea/worm treatment is due and we administer the treatment for the cost of a single dose. We do not charge a fee for the application.Dog Washing & Grooming
We offer Doggie Bath (wash, dry and brush) as well as The Works service.Dog will enjoy good quality shampoo and conditioner with warm water.
The Works service includes: wash, dry, ears cleaned, nails clipped, anal gland excretion and a good brush. The Full Grooming service is to be arranged with professional groomers. Please enquire. Doggie Bath and The Works services are for Petopia kennel guests and day care members only.

Dog Walking
30 min - $7 with our friendly staff on Petopia walking tracks. If you want a longer walk for your dog, this can be arranged with our professional dog walker. This service is for Petopia kennel guests and day care members only.
